INFORMATION

GENERAL

All of Diana Hall Jewelry pieces are made with autoclave-cured carbon fiber and are enhanced by your choice of 18k yellow/ white gold, palladium, platinum or sterling silver.  All work is hand fabricated and made to order.  Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing. 

 

RINGS

The rings are all custom-made to order in almost every size. The wedding bands are all comfort fit. To order a ring, please send  ring size measured by a wide-band ring sizer, which can be taken by any jewelry.  

 

BRACELETS

Most bangles have a 2.5" inside diameter.  If you need a larger or smaller I.D. then please contact us and we can discuss your options.

RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Diana Hall Jewelry! Returns and exchanges may be made within 14 days of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may exchange your item and we will ship your new item with no additional shipping cost. If the return of goods is due to a change of mind, the item must reach us in an unused condition. You are responsible for the safe return of items to Diana Hall. You will then receive a refund for the full value of your purchase less the cost of shipping. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the package using a delivery service that insures you for the transit. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Your original postage costs will not be refunded unless the item you received was sent in error or is faulty.

ORDER PROCESSING

Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery. Shipping and handling charges apply; $10 for USPS priority mail flat rate shipping and $25 for USPS Express Mail. 

For international shipping, please contact us for estimated additional cost and delivery time. 

Our packages are insured and shipped with a tracking number that is emailed to the email address you provide. Shipping choices and charges will appear during the checkout process. We ship orders Monday - Friday.

 

SALES TAX

Since we are located part of the year in RI, RI State sales tax of 7% will be added to your order if it is shipping within the state of Rhode Island. 

 

PRIVACY POLICY

 We will never, ever share your information with anyone.

 

IS CARBON FIBER INDESTRUCTIBLE??

Carbon fiber is super strong and light but not indestructible.  Carbon fiber, like metal, is subject to normal wear and tear.  Like any jewelry, I recommend taking rings and other jewelry off if you plan on working machinery, heavy labor, intense exercise or using sand paper.   

 

CLEANING

For general cleaning, I recommend using just warm water and soap.  If your piece contains a diamond, using an old soft bristle tooth brush with warm water and a little soap, you can clean the back of the stone.  For silver pieces that are tarnishing, I recommend using a basic toothpaste and rubbing the tarnish off or using fine steel wool. 

 

OUR RESPONSIBILITY

We take great care in hand making our jewelry with the best possible materials and workmanship. If there is a defect in manufacturing, we will repair or replace it at no cost for a period of 14 days from the date of sale. Normal wear and tear is expected and is not covered, however we would be happy to repair or replace your jewelry. Please contact us for more details.

For any flaws or product defects, please contact Diana Hall Jewelry at dinichall@aol.com ASAP- prior to returning the product with proof of purchase.

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

Please wear your jewelry responsibly.  As a general rule, do not wear jewelry operating machinery.  If you are planning on doing some intense exercise such as mountain biking, kite boarding etc. we would also recommend taking all jewelry off.

 

LATE AND LOST DELIVERIES

If your delivery has been delayed, then please contact us and we will provide you with the tracking number to enable you to track it with USPS. We cannot refund or replace lost items until 20 working days after the date of shipment (30 days for international items). Diana Hall cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
